Tonnellerie Billon is located in Burgundy. Manager Vincent Damy overseas one stave mill, the cooperage and 22 workers. In 2007 Billon crafted over 12,000 barrels, very near their total capacity of production. |

Tonnellerie Damy is a third generation cooperage in Meursault managed by Jerome Damy. Hand-crafting over 20,000 barrels last year, Damy is expected to reach the limits of its production capacity in 2008. |

European Coopers was established in 1997 and was co-founded by the respected Italian wine producer Antinori. They are one of three principal cooperages in Hungary, and the only one that has remained independent. European Coopers controls the entire process of production, from sourcing logs and seasoning staves in their own stave yard, to fabrication and finishing of the barrel. |

Laglasse, founded in 1986 by Alain Laglasse, is a small family-owned, French Oak trading and processing company that produces high-end staves for some of the finest cooperages in the world, including Tonnelleries Damy and Billon. We believe their premium French oak stave alternatives are the closest you'll ever get to a French oak barrel without the barrel. |
